The crowning glory of the Three-Bedroom Rooftop House is the private terrace on the roof. Accessed by its own lift, it’s the perfect place for a Dutch borrel while observing life on Amsterdam’s canals.

Room rates include 9% VAT and exclude 12.5% city tax. 

Deposits & Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 p.m. 3 days prior to arrival date.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check out is at 12 p.m. on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-booking of the prior night may be requested in order to guarantee that the room is available upon arrival. 

Transfers

Rosewood Amsterdam offers a private transfer, which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies. 

Additional Person Policy

In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided. Children from 0-2 years may stay in their parents' room at no additional cost with baby cots available upon request. Children from 3-12, a charge of EUR 150 per night plus 12.5% city tax applies. For 13 years and older, a charge of EUR 250 plus 12.5% city tax applies. Extra beds are subject to availability upon request, and a maximum occupancy is based on the chosen room category.  

Pet Policy

Rosewood Amsterdam welcomes pets and has a dedicated pet program providing a range of cozy beds, bowls and toys. 

• Pets are welcome in the outdoor areas of the restaurants, provided they are open.
• Pets are not permitted in the indoor spaces of the restaurants and bars.
• Pets are not permitted in the spa and fitness facilities.
• Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.
• An extra fee applies.
• Service dogs are excepted from the above rules.

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Amsterdam has implemented a smoke-free policy as a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for guests and associates alike. Our smoke-free policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic and e-cigarettes), and vape pens or e-cigars.  A smoking fee applies if this policy is not respected

Rosewood Amsterdam shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring within the room or its premises, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Rosewood Amsterdam shall not be liable for any accident, injury, or damage occurring on the balcony or its surrounding areas, whether due to negligence, misuse, or any other cause. Guests are advised to exercise caution and use the balcony at their own risk.
