Gentlemen are required to wear a collared shirt and all our guests are encouraged to wear trousers or denim pants, sports coats or blazers, dresses, pantsuits, or elegant skirts and blouses.

Massimo Falsini has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and came to Montecito after working in top restaurants in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Senior Chef De Cuisine
Chef Shibani Mone has been instrumental to Caruso’s success since joining the team in 2021. Classically trained in French and Italian cuisine, with influences from her Indian heritage, her culinary education began in her mother’s kitchen in India. Upon graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, she honed her skills with positions at Eleven Madison Park, Union Square Hospitality Group, and Quince Restaurant in San Francisco.
