A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Reservations cancelled or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival by 4 p.m. local time are subject to 100% cancellation penalty.

A 7-seat Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is included in the nightly villa rate to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per villa, throughout the length of the stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
