Dinner: 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm (Tuesday-Sunday)

Reservations are open two months ahead of the current month. New reservations will open on first day of each month at 10am through phone and online. For five guests or more please contact our reservations department.

Gaurav Kuthari, a seasoned culinary professional with over 15 years of experience, currently holds the esteemed position of Chef de Cuisine at CHAAT in Rosewood Hong Kong, recipient of One MICHELIN Star and One Diamond recognition from The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide. His deep understanding of Indian culinary traditions allows him to showcase the diverse regional flavours and spices that make Indian cuisine so extraordinary, while incorporating his heritage and personal touches into every creation.
